Aam ka Achar banane ki Vidhi
To make mango pickle, first of all have to put mango in
water.
Remove the mango and clean its stalk and cut it into pieces. One
has to cut 4 to 6 pieces of mango.
Put 100 grams of salt in it and mix it well. Now you have to heat
200 grams mustard oil in a pan and cook it well and after cooking
for 10 minutes, keep it to cool down.
Now take fenugreek, entrée(souf) and yellow mustard and fry
them well in the pan. When all this is roasted, then grind it a little
thick with the help of a mixie.
Put all these in the heated cold oil, add asafoetida,(heeng)
turmeric, red chili powder and fennel and mix well.
Add chopped mangoes to it. And after mixing it well in this spice,
your pickle is ready. Now fill it in a jar and within 1 to 2 days it will
be well prepared and will become a delicious pickle.
